How do I get a price quote?
Add the models you like to your list with the "Add to quote list" button on product pages and send them in one form, message us on WhatsApp or call us. Share your site size, city and quantities and we will prepare a firm price including shipping and installation.
What determines the price of a playground?
The size of the model (number of towers, slides and swings), the material series (metal or timber), colour and module choices, quantity, delivery distance, installation and surfacing needs.
Production
Do you manufacture the products yourselves?
Yes. Every product in the catalogue is a Park Lila design, manufactured at our facility in Kahramankazan, Ankara with CNC-controlled machinery and quality control at every stage.
What is the difference between the metal and timber series?
Metal series use oven-painted metal posts and colourful plastic elements and are economical and versatile. Timber series blend naturally into the landscape with impregnated timber frames.
Can I change the colours?
Yes. We prepare project-specific colour combinations for tower roofs, slides, panels and metal parts.
Can you make a custom design that is not in the catalogue?
Yes. We design bespoke play areas and urban furniture for parks, residential sites and municipalities, present a 3D model for your approval and then manufacture it.
Safety and surfacing
What is a safety area?
The safety area is the free zone around play equipment needed for falls, slides and swinging. It must be free of trees, benches or walls and surfaced with impact-absorbing rubber. Our product pages list it for every model.
How are fall height and surfacing thickness determined?
Fall height is the highest play surface a child can fall from. Rubber surfacing thickness is chosen accordingly, and we recommend the right thickness with your quote.
Are the materials safe for health?
Our raw materials are non-carcinogenic and environmentally friendly, and the paints are weather-resistant oven finishes.
Delivery and installation
Do you install the products?
Yes. Our own teams deliver and install across Türkiye. You can also install the product yourself using our assembly guide.
How long is the delivery time?
It depends on the model, quantity and current workload; items in stock ship faster. We confirm the exact date with your quote.
Do you ship abroad?
Yes. We deliver across Türkiye and abroad and plan shipping and installation options by country with you.
After-sales
Do you offer after-sales service and spare parts?
Yes. We offer 24/7 service support and keep spare parts available even for discontinued models.
Do you have ready-made sets for TOKİ projects?
Yes. Our THS 01–04 sets follow TOKİ specifications and include a play set, swings, seesaws, spring riders, educational panels and a climbing element in one package.
